Amazing Maintenance Team

We are so lucky to have such an incredible Maintenance Team! Roger, Devin and Glenn are incredibly talented and skilled ... in all areas. They are prompt, courteous, considerate and friendly with great communication skills. I have never experienced a group so knowledgeable and caring. They have a lot to be proud of! Found a hidden gem

The price is honestly really good compared to other town homes in the surrounding areas. If you look in Perinton or fairport ... you will pay 200+300 more for a smaller home. The parking lot is always well taken care of We have seen the driveway re sealed and shingles replaced unlike other townhome communities that don’t take care of their property. During the summer the grass is always very well taken care of. If we have any maintence request the maintence Guy is there the same day or next day to take care of the issue. Heather and teresa in the office are very friendly they have been very helpful if we ever have to stop into the office. The homes are well built we never hear a sound from our neighbors next-door.
